I'm a stay-at-home mom who's tried them all. I list the ones that actually pay!
The “Get Paid To” That Works For Me
Homeschooling my kids isn’t the only busy part of my day
thanks to Virtual Bee (formerly Key For Cash), Humanatic, USMonitor,
QRC, Clear Voice Surveys and a couple of others, but these are the ones I
want to focus on.
I have to start saying I have researched WAH sites and companies.
You’ve probably come across a lot of the same sites I have over time and
a lot of the time it’s stale information. One of the well-known places
to get hooked up with is Arise. I went through everything that had to
be done, including starting up my own business (just for Arise). When
you’re able to finally “get into the Great Wall of Arise” you’ll have an
area where there are available classes for various call-center and chat
agent opportunities. I really wanted the Apple Chat class, but I got
in with Interval International, a timeshare exchange place. I took a
training class online which was (if I remember correctly) 2 or 3 weeks.
It was awesome to be able to take calls at home and actually get paid
for it. At one point I was making $16.00/hr! Unfortunately, I had sick
loved ones who got sicker, so I had to say goodbye to Arise.
Here’s the good stuff!
You must try http://www.KeyForCash.com… err…https://workers.virtualbee.com/. It seems they have more work since they’ve changed hands and a couple 0.60 categories!
Call reviewing. Yeah, click on a link, listen to a conversation and
get paid. The pay isn’t fantastic, but some people I see on the
Leaderboard make $40+ a day. Honestly, I don’t know how they do it. Do
they sleep? Do they eat? Either way, good for them. I make a few
bucks a day and cash out every Monday. Sweet. Check out http://www.Humanatic.com
Now, Humanatic is cool, but http://www.USMonitor has them beat. USMonitor has
given me the opportunity to be a mail decoy. Sometimes businesses have
companies like USMonitor send out coded mail to folks like me where I
enter it online. Each piece of mail is $0.25 (25 Humanatic phone calls)
and I get a STACK of mail daily. On top of getting paid per piece of
mail, they pay $10/mo.
QRC is another mail decoy company, but they pay only in stamps. At
the end of each month, I receive 5 stamps for my work. They send quite a
bit of mail, too (kindling!) BUT they’re generous at Christmastime by
sending a tin of nuts from Figis.
So, I know you’re sick of survey suggestions, but http://www.ClearVoiceSurveys.com isn’t all that bad. What annoys me about them is not being eligible
for all the survey opps sent to my email. Sometimes I have to answer 20
questions, only to find out I’m not qualified for the actual survey.
The upside to them, is they send more than one email a week (sometimes
more than one in a day). Today I got lucky and scored $6.00!
Working with the above companies won't make you rich and in most cases won't pay your bills. I look at it this way...if I can make $5.00 today, that's five dollars I didn't have before and it adds up!
